Austin, TX - January 27, 2003 – General Bandwidth®, a leading telecommunications equipment provider enabling carriers to deliver enhanced voice services over broadband networks, has been selected by Hancock Telecom to deliver voice services to new homes in subdivisions that are being served by Hancock’s “Fiber-to-the-Home” (FTTH) service offering. General Bandwidth’s G6® platform is an integral part of service availability to more than 7,000 subscribers in Indiana.
