Cloud2Edge Consent & Disclosure


Agreement 

I represent and certify that I am the cardholder of the account for which recurring payments for the Cloud2Edge Service are being applied and for which my credentials relate (collectively “payment information”).  I hereby expressly consent to the disclosure and use of my account information, including but not limited to name, address phone number, social security number and other related information necessary to seek credit limit approval and to process payment by Ribbon Communications Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, “Ribbon”), and Merchant e-Solutions, Inc. (“Merchant”) to such entities as deemed necessary by either for payment processing purposes.  In the event that the information provided by me hereunder changes, I will update my account information immediately; failure to do so may result in suspension of the Cloud2Edge Service.  In authorize and Ribbon and Merchant to store a truncated version of my payment credentials in accordance with their respective privacy policies.  Ribbon is authorized to modify this Agreement by electronic posting to this site.  I understand that I must check this site regularly to monitor for any new or updated terms governing my payment information.  My payment information shall only by used for determining credit limits and for processing actual payments for the Cloud2Edge Service.  This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect until termination by Ribbon or modification thereof.  In the event of modifications, I understand and agree that I will be bound by such modified terms unless I terminate the Cloud2Edge Service as provided for in the applicable service contract.  I further consent to charging my account for the transaction amount including all associated taxes and charges as applicable.  Charges will be made in U.S. Dollars. I may cancel the Cloud2Edge Service as provided for in the applicable service contract or order form.  Transactions hereunder will be processed regularly within 5 days of the billing cadence as provided for in the applicable service contract assuming Ribbon’s systems can read the usage data.
