GENBAND Strengthens Global Channel Partner Program with Comprehensive Training, Lead Generation and Product Portfolio

 



Plano, TX, September 21, 2010 – GENBAND, a leading developer of IP solutions and services, today announced it is building on its successful go-to-market strategy with significant enhancements to its Global Channel Program. The enhancements will help maximize channel partners’ opportunity for growth and profitability by providing partners with more comprehensive resources and training, a new agent program for lead generation, and new traffic and policy management product capabilities that partners can offer to service providers.

To help drive, identify and qualify leads for partners, GENBAND has added a new Agent Program. Agents will be selected to the program for their ability to identify opportunities within their customer base and will be paid a finder’s fee for every qualified lead that GENBAND closes.

GENBAND has strengthened its training and support for partners by adding more dedicated resources, new training opportunities and an expanded online partner portal that contains a wealth of sales, marketing and technical resources not available to the public at large. The web portal enhancements will be available in the coming weeks and will include new features such as a robust training section featuring Computer Based Training, registration for product training and a bi-monthly view of scheduled webinar training events. In addition, the site will provide an easy to navigate repository for all information about GENBAND.
