Austin, TX – General Bandwidth®, a leading telecommunications equipment provider enabling carriers to deliver enhanced voice services over broadband networks, announced the promotion of Carla Quinn to Vice President of Finance and Treasurer. Quinn joined General Bandwidth in June 2000 and had previously served as the Corporate Controller. Prior to General Bandwidth, Quinn was the Corporate Controller for two publicly traded companies: Hotels.com (formerly Hotel Reservations Network, Inc.), and TriStar Aerospace Co, a NYSE company which distributed aerospace fasteners and hardware.

Prior to Hotels.com and TriStar Aerospace Co., she held management positions at Interstate Battery Systems of America Inc. and Ernst & Young KL Real Estate Group. While Corporate Controller for both private and public companies, Quinn participated in two successful IPOs and her experience has included merger and acquisition work, private placements, and public securities compliance. Quinn received a B.B.A. from Southwest Texas State University and is a CPA in the State of Texas.
