With more than 20 years of sales experience, van Aard has an extensive track record creating and building successful teams and sales organisations in EMEA at both global corporations and startups. His most recent roles have been leading innovative companies ranging from relatively no market position to become sustainable and thriving entities. As Sonus EMEA vice president from 2004 to 2007, van Aard was instrumental in establishing Sonus’ market position with tier one and tier two European service providers. Prior to these ventures, he held executive sales and management roles at Cisco Systems, ECI Telecom, Redback Networks and Juniper Networks.
