Sonus Networks Addresses the Evolution of IP Multimedia Subsystem Architectures

CHELMSFORD, Mass., October 12, 2006 – Sonus Networks (Nasdaq: SONS), a leading supplier of service provider Voice over IP (VoIP) infrastructure solutions, announced that at this year's Voice on the Net (VON) Europe Autumn 2006 Conference and Expo, the Company will showcase its industry-leading IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS)-ready platform, along with a variety of IMS-ready applications that demonstrate the power of IMS to redefine the communications experience through greater user control, customizability, presence-awareness and the rich integration of multimedia.
