Sonus Networks Names Pamela Reeve to Board of Directors
Sonus Networks, Inc., a global leader in SIP-based communications, today announced the appointment of Pamela Reeve to its board of directors, expanding its base of directors to nine. “I am delighted to join the Sonus board”
From 1989 to 2004, Reeve was the president and chief executive officer and a director of Lightbridge, Inc., a global provider of mobile business solutions, offering products and services for the wireless communications industry. In 2000 Reeve was recognized as Entrepreneur of the Year in Software and Technology by Ernst & Young. In 2002 she was recognized as CEO of the Year by the Massachusetts Telecom Council. Reeve earned her MBA degree, with distinction, from the Harvard Business School, and received her undergraduate degree, with honors, from the University of Georgia Honors Program.
Howard Janzen, chairman of the board of directors, commented, “We have made great progress during the past several years under Ray Dolan’s leadership as our CEO. We are thrilled to add Pam to our board and believe her extensive leadership experience will help us continue our positive momentum into 2014 and beyond.”
