CHELMSFORD, Mass., March 24, 2004 – At the Spring 2004 Voice on the Net (VON) Conference and Expo next week, Sonus Networks (Nasdaq: SONS), a packet voice industry leader, will highlight technology trends in packet voice infrastructure and related services.  In the Sonus Networks exhibit, the company will feature live demonstrations of its packet-based voice solutions and enhanced services, including hosted PBX, voice conferencing, prepaid calling and messaging.  Spring 2004 VON is being held March 28-April 1, 2004 at the Santa Clara Convention Center in Santa Clara, CA.

Sonus is also taking an active role in the educational portion of the conference.  The presentations delivered by Sonus Networks executives will emphasize trends in packet voice infrastructure including the latest developments in softswitching and wireless technologies, as well as business issues facing the packet telephony industry.
