Company Brings its Community Together to Assess the Technologies and Best Practices That are Shaping the Communications Industry

(Nasdaq: SONS), a market leader in next-generation IP-based network solutions , will host a community of customers, prospective customers and partners at the company's Connexions 2010 event taking place October 12-14, 2010, at the Innisbrook Resort and Golf Club in Palm Harbor, Florida. Attendees will participate in a program featuring expert keynotes and analyst roundtables, in-depth case studies highlighting industry best practices and demonstrations, and interactive panels that showcase the new technologies shaping the next generation of communications.

The Connexions 2010 agenda offers invited participants from Tier 1 and 2 service providers, cable operators, mobile operators and Fortune 500 enterprises intensive sessions that provide multiple perspectives on the evolution of the communications industry. They will learn from Sonus team members, industry experts and their own peers how best to take advantage of critical innovations and trends.

The opening keynote for the conference is Robert Tucker, an innovation expert, business futurist, and author of "Driving Growth through Innovation." Mr. Tucker will deliver the opening keynote address: Driving Growth through Innovation: How Leading Firms are Transforming Their Futures. This will be followed by a special roundtable in which industry analysts from Gartner, Inc., Heavy Reading, Current Analysis, and Infonetics Research will discuss Transformational Trends in Business - VoIP, Session Border Control, IMS and 4G/Service Continuity.

The second day features a keynote by Dean Bubley, founder of Disruptive Analysis, a technology-focused business advisory firm for the mobile, wireless and telecom market. His presentation will address "Net Neutrality and the Network Provider: Happy, Dumb, or Smart Pipes?" Attendees can also participate in 10 thought-provoking panels moderated by industry analysts, service providers, and subject-matter experts. These panels will address topical issues for the entire industry, including SIP, VoIP and the future shape of communications. A Technology Zone, showcasing the latest innovation from Sonus and its partners, will give attendees hands-on experience with groundbreaking new approaches, and enable them to watch product demonstrations and choose interactive panels that are focused on new technologies.
