WESTFORD, Mass., March 12, 2003 – Sonus Networks (Nasdaq: SONS) today announced that it is participating with T-Systems at CeBIT, the world's largest telecommunications and IT exhibition. At CeBIT, which is being held March 12-19 in Hanover, Germany, T-Systems, a division of Deutsche Telekom, is highlighting its new Multi-Service Platform (MSP), which enables the delivery of cost-effective voice over IP (VoIP) services to multinational corporations. Sonus' Open Services ArchitectureTM (OSA) and voice infrastructure solutions form the foundation for T-Systems' MSP network.

CeBIT 2003, which will host more than 6,500 exhibitors from 70 countries and 700,000 attendees, is being held at the Deutsche Messe AG exhibition center. The Deutsche Telekom booth is located in Hall 26, at Booth A 01.
