Sonus Open Services Architecture (Osa) Wins Internet Telephony Magazine's First Annual Tmc Labs Innovation Award

Company’s Architecture Recognized as Key Contribution to the Internet Telephony Industry

WESTFORD, Mass., July 19, 2000 – Sonus Networks (Nasdaq: SONS), a leading provider of voice infrastructure products for the new public network, today announced it has received the first annual TMC Labs Innovation Award from Internet Telephony magazine.  Sonus’ Open Services Architecture™ (OSA) was one of 20 technologies chosen by TMC for its innovation, uniqueness, and significant contribution to the Internet telephony industry during the last 12 months.
