If you’ve ever found a $10 or $20 bill in a seldom-used coat pocket, you know it’s a nice surprise.  You probably thought the money had been spent or lost – and now you have it back.

I had a similar experience with one of our IT developers not long ago.  We needed to discuss changes to an application, so as usual I scheduled the call using GENBAND’s Unified Conferencing & Collaboration tools.  While on the call I showed him what another IT developer had created and what items required  modification.  By sharing my screen in real-time and utilizing a web cam video he could see exactly what needed to be changed.  This alleviated confusion, time consuming mock-ups and the typical back-and-forth review process.
