Ribbon Communications Inc. Withdraws Proposed Offering of Convertible Senior Notes

WESTFORD, Mass. – Ribbon Communications Inc. (the “Company”) (Nasdaq:RBBN), a global leader in secure and intelligent cloud communications, announced this afternoon that it has decided not to proceed with its previously announced offering of $150.0 million aggregate principal amount of convertible senior notes due 2023. The Company believes that current market conditions are not conducive for an offering on terms that would be in the best interests of the Company’s stockholders.
