Last week I had the privilege of addressing the Women in the Channel (WITC) organization, a group that I am proud to say has had a strong impact on me personally and professionally. WITC is focused on supporting the advancements of its members, both women and men, through various channels such as mentoring, meetings and social networking events. The bonds that I have formed with members of the WITC will last a lifetime.
