As Executive Vice President, Global Sales for Ribbon Communications, Steve brings over three decades of strategic leadership, commercial acumen, and transformative growth to the global marketplace. With a proven track record of driving multimillion-dollar revenue streams across North America, EMEA, and APAC, Steve has been a catalyst for innovation and customer-centric sales excellence.
Throughout his career, Steve has led high-performing teams through complex market shifts, digital transformation initiatives, and disruptive technology cycles from 5G rollouts to cloud-based infrastructure solutions. More recently, he has collaborated , with some of Europe’s largest Data Centres. Steve’s approach blends data-driven strategy with deep customer insight, forging long-term partnerships with Tier 1 operators, enterprise clients, strategic channel partners, and the fast-growing AI operators segment.
Before assuming his current role, Steve held senior positions in business development, regional sales leadership, and sales engineering. He earned recognition for expanding market share and accelerating time-to-revenue with large corporations including Motorola, Google, Arris and Commscope. Known for his ability to unify cross-functional teams and inspire performance, Steve champions a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous learning.
Steve led Ribbon’s International Sales team for over 2 years before spearheading international growth for the newly formed Third Party Compatible Optics segment at Halo Technologies, an Amphenol company.
Steve holds a BA from Warwick University and is a frequent speaker at industry forums where he shares insights on digital connectivity, emerging markets, and the future of telecom sales. When not leading global growth initiatives, Steve can be found following his passion for sailing and rugby, although in his words only a passionate spectator these days, sadly!
