GENBANDCare 360

GENBANDCare 360 provides all of the coverage of the standard GENBANDCare program as well as remote software upgrade installation service. GENBANDCare 360 may be purchased as an alternative to, or upgrade from, the standard GENBANDCare program. Under the GENBANDCare 360 program, Software Delivery will provide upgrade installation service for major release software for covered product during the term. Each GENBANDCare 360 bundled support offers:  

  • 7x24 Emergency Recovery Globally
  • Remote Technical Support for all case severity levels
  • 7x24 access to the online Support Portal and Documentation Center
  • Software Maintenance Update Service
  • Software Subscription access to major releases, updates, maintenance releases and patches
  • Various Repair, Managed Spares, or Manage Onsite Spares coverage
  • Major Release Software Upgrade service performed by  Software Delivery

GENBANDCare 360 Details:

  • Not to exceed one (1) Remote Network Software Upgrade Installation of a major release, per covered system, per year
  • Applicable to products covered under GENBANDCare 360 scope
  • Remote upgrade Installation services must be used during the GENBANDCare 360 coverage period
  • Excludes any required hardware baseline upgrades/conversions
  • Annual renewal cycle
