Miguel Lopez

Mr. Lopez is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ribbon Communications (NASDAQ: RBBN) since 2020 with responsibilities for all finance, information technology and investor activities. Previously, he served from 2018 to 2020 as the CFO of Vista Outdoor Inc. (NYSE: VSTO), a leading global designer and manufacturer of outdoor sports and consumer products.   Mick also was the CFO from 2016 to 2017 at Veritas Technologies, a Carlyle Group portfolio company that provides data management and backup recovery software.   Mr. Lopez was also CFO from 2014 to 2016 for Harris Corporation (NYSE:LXH),  a global leader in defense products and telecommunications.    From 2011 to 2013, he was the CFO for Aricent Group (then a KKR Private Equity portfolio firm, and now part of Cap Gemini) that provides network engineering outsourcing services. Earlier in his career, he gained valuable experience as Vice President of Corporate Finance at Cisco Systems, CFO of ADT Security North America at Tyco International, as well as international finance assignments with IBM and KPMG.  

Mick holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Georgetown University and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Chicago.  He is a Certified Public Accountant.
